1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Globe News Agency ("GNA," "we," "our"), including our wire feeds, website, APIs, and syndicated content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Content Licensing & Usage

All content distributed by Globe News Agency, including text, photographs, video, graphics, and data, is protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws. Subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use GNA content in accordance with their subscription agreement. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification of GNA content is strictly prohibited.

Content may not be archived beyond the period specified in your licensing agreement without prior written consent. All GNA content must carry proper attribution as specified in the GNA Style and Attribution Guide.

3. Wire Feed Services

Wire feed subscribers are granted access to real-time news dispatches for editorial use within their licensed territories and platforms. Feed access credentials are non-transferable. Subscribers must maintain adequate technical infrastructure to receive and process wire transmissions. GNA reserves the right to suspend feed access in the event of technical abuse or unauthorized redistribution.

4. Subscriber Obligations

Subscribers agree to: (a) use GNA content solely for purposes authorized under their subscription agreement; (b) maintain the editorial integrity of GNA content and not alter it in a manner that misrepresents the original reporting; (c) provide proper attribution on all published GNA content; (d) promptly publish corrections or retractions when notified by GNA; and (e) comply with all applicable laws regarding the use and distribution of news content.

5. Accuracy & Corrections

Globe News Agency strives for accuracy in all dispatches. However, given the nature of breaking news coverage, we do not warrant that all content will be free from error. When errors are identified, GNA will issue corrections, updates, or kill notices through the wire feed. Subscribers are expected to monitor and act upon such notices in a timely manner.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globe News Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our content or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the subscriber during the twelve-month period preceding the claim. GNA is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription agreement with 30 days written notice. GNA reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, including unauthorized redistribution of content. Upon termination, the subscriber must cease all use of GNA content and destroy any archived materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.

9. Modifications

Globe News Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes via wire bulletin and email at least 30 days prior to the effective date. Continued use of GNA services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
